What a Wellcoach can do

3 month program includes one-on-one telephone or webcam sessions:
  • The first meeting is a 90 minute session. After the first session, we will meet four times each month for 60 minutes. After the initial three months, follow up sessions can be arranged. Seminars for groups or corporations are available.
  • Coaches commonly work with clients who want to achieve one or more of these goals:

  • Help you develop your wellness vision, aligning what's most important to you with your wellness goals. We help you find strategies to deal with your unique challenges.
  • Empower you to reach or even exceed your wellness goals at the appropriate pace for your lifestyle.
  • The goal of a licensed Wellcoach is to give you the personal attention, motivation, tools, and accountability you need to reach your wellness vision.
